Sending proposals to your client is one of the first interactions you’ll have with a potential customer. This can be a daunting task but fortunately, Cereal Entrepreneur has mapped out just how to write a proposal for a client or project.

Here are the main things you need to touch on in your proposal meetings and emails:
At the conclusion of the first meeting inform the potential client you will follow up to set up the second meeting.
In the second meeting, you will present and review the proposal
The proposal will consist of a marketing plan – step-by-step process explaining what your agency will do to increase the value of the business and how you will convert customers to sales.
a proposal needs to demonstrate an understanding of the client’s needs

Things to include in your proposal:
Identify the client’s business needs
Solution You Can Provide
Cost and Terms
Acceptance
Project Deliverables
Scope of Work
Proposed Schedule

The vast majority of clients are looking for sustainable solutions that generate more traffic, leads, and customers over the long haul.
Your proposal is the perfect opportunity to assure them that’s exactly what you can deliver.
To get clients’ minds off the expense and focused on the value, you can use your proposal to reassure them they’re making the right investment.

Hey Jordan, in the video you mentioned the "Billing & Scheduling" breakdown and showed the template for a brief moment. Do you have that available for download?

Hey Jordan! Great video, thank you! When you mentioned the contract, are you having them pay 3 months in advance, or just signing the contract, stating they will pay for the next 3 months?

Hey man. Just came out of my first client meeting with a small local restaurant. The result was that he wants a proposal (great!) but I’m not sure I convinced him that he needs a social media manager. Or that social media brings value… how do I convince him through the proposal?

Hey bud in this particular proposal what niche is it ? and why'd you automatically start with the YouTube creation instead of other social media sites.

Steeen! I agree with the others, you definitely bring BOSS LEVEL VALUE💪 Dude, I am also wondering if we can get 1. a copy of your Billing & Scheduling (to compare it with the proposal to see the difference and how you properly write one up), plus 2. an editable copy of the Proposal Template. I got the template but its in pdf form. This is probably too much to ask for, right?

Hey Jordan! Can you go into more detail in regards to the website hosting? You said you charged that amount for. Hosting, email security etc for that amount but obviously all of that costs a lot less. So that means the business owner gives you that amount either monthly or annually and you use your own card to acquire hosting, domain, email etc? Or do you use the owner's card and explain to. Them that a part of it is for the hosting, domain.. And another part is yours as a "management fee"… Shouldn't this be a one time fee instead a recurring monthly or annual thing? Thanks for all your videos btw they're awesome and helpful!

What do you think I should do if I don't have any case studies? Should I just tell them that they will be my first case study?

Just started my re search on SMMA and from the videos ive been watching, it seems like you really know what your talking about. I have very little knowledge in marketing but i am highly motivated and love to learn and can see that this is and now and is certainly the future. Do you recommend someone with limited marketing experience to try to start their own SMMA. Any feed back would be greatly appecited. I would love to maybe talk about your course. Thanks

After the proposal, does the client have to pay the first month retainer in full before you start working on the campaign?
